Dear Sakib,
Hey! How are you? I’m fine in this regard too. I’m going to write to you about a healthy habit that I recently adopted. During my recent vacation, I got really lazy. Almost all my friends were out of town so we didn’t get a chance to play anything. We switched to online gaming, and as a result, I started getting really lazy. But, fortunately, before it was too late, I decided to change some of my habits. One of those habits was not doing any physical activity. I started walking every morning. You won’t believe how refreshing it is to walk in the cool morning air unless you try it. It fills you with energy. I always read somewhere that morning walks can also keep your mental health in check. I feel better since I started this new habit.
